How do we communicate during a project?
By email and scheduled video calls, with a demo at each milestone. Tell us how your team likes to work and we'll fit in.
How does the time difference work?
We're available Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm ET, so calls and replies happen during your working day. Our engineering team is in Lahore, Pakistan, so work often moves forward outside your office hours.
How does pricing work?
Each project gets a fixed quote, agreed before work starts, so you can price it for your client with your margin on top. Ongoing work, such as a care plan, is quoted the same way.
What if one of your clients contacts us directly?
We point them back to you and let you know they got in touch. We don't sell to your clients or take on work from them directly.
How do revisions work?
You review the work at each milestone and send changes, and we make them before moving on. The rounds of revisions included are set out in your quote.
